Is there a web-based auto-translator that can overlay furigana on an existing Japanese language web page?

Instead, I want to be able to read Japanese text online (say, a news article) in its original form, but with furigana overlayed above/below the kanji, so that I can look up words more quickly.

Not sure if the service I'm looking for exists, but it should be technically possible with some javascript and access to an online kanji dictionary.
