is it true that there are golds left by the japanese in the philippines?

i read from several articles about the tons of golds looted by the imperial army of japan from its wild and ferocious conquest in asia...since the philippines was the last stop for the japanese forces because mcarthur came to finish the war in the pacific, many theorised that bulk of amassed golds and other treasures was left behind on the islands of philippines. can anybody confirm this?

I think Japanese people proposed two drafts before MacArthur's draft took into effect and they are:

Mainich sinbun Draft
Matsumoto Draft

Am I correct on this?
and if yes, what was their take on article 9? did they ever think of it?
What was general approach toward Japanese military in these two draft?
i.e) did the drafts agree on weakening Japanese military power?
